I discovered access consciousness after having a POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER in 2019.

I am ever so grateful for taking my first ever access consciousness class.

After my first bar session, everything felt different, couldn't really describe it, but I knew had to follow the energy of it. So I learned the FACELIFT, BODY PROCESSES one by one, then attanded the Access Foundation & Access 3day body class too. There have been major changes in all areas of my life since my first bars session and the rest is just history.
